一般用在低压管道上面。压力等级;PN0.01-0.6MPa,两端连接材质一般为碳钢法兰,也可以根据客户定做各种非标法兰,其它材质有塑料,不锈钢。 补偿器安装注意事项
1、补偿器的安装应按照管系施工图及补偿器安装说明书要求进行。
2、安装补偿器的管道必须恰当的加以导向和固定才能使补偿器发挥作用,因此导向和固定支架的设置必须严格按设计部门有关技术资料进行。对于导向、固定支架的设置原则,请祥见“波纹补偿器安装指南”。
3、补偿器用的波纹管是用薄壁不锈钢板成型的,因此在运输、吊装和焊接期间要注意不要敲击、划伤、引弧、焊接飞溅等原因使波纹管损坏。
4、安装前应清除波纹管及管道内异物,保证波纹管正常运动。
5、对有流向要求的补偿器应按介质流向箭头的要求进行安装。
6、为了使波纹管处于良好的工作状态,安装时不能用补偿器的变形,包括轴向、横向、扭转等来调正管系位置安装误差。
7、补偿器安装完毕后,在系统运行前要拆除所有涂黄色的运输固定螺杆。
